Our client, a specialist in law enforcement system was tasked to develop an enforcement system for traffic police force in a province in China. The key requirement was to enable fast and efficient offence verification, accountability of summon issuance, and most important of all, on-the-spot collection of summon payment via a closed payment system.

PRADOTEC’s IPT300 was chosen for this mission critical duty. The IPT300 is a mobile handheld terminal with built-in Printer, GPS, and GPRS to enable the uploading and retrieval of data for offence verification and systematic summon issuance.

IPT300 is capable of capturing the drivers’ information efficiently and enable the information to be transferred back to the central server through GPRS. The device uses the GSM and GPRS networks that provide broader coverage to transmit and receive data. GPS is also used to track the location of the offence where summon is issued.
